  Reiki is often used alongside conventional medical treatments to complement the healing process. Reiki should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Reflexology—a magical dance of healing through the soles of your feet. With each gentle touch, I unlock the secrets held within, allowing the subtle energies to flow and heal. 

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing and holistic therapy that stimulates specific points on the feet, hands, or ears. By applying gentle pressure to these points, your reflexology treatment can relieve tension, improve circulation, and support the body's natural healing processes.

Reflexology can be used alone or it can be used in combination with Reiki and/or Sound Healing.  

Certified as a Sound Healer, I channel the celestial melodies and frequencies that resonate with the very essence of your being. The harmonious vibrations become a gentle caress for your soul, guiding you to a place where healing is not just heard but felt. Picture yourself immersed in the enchanting tones, where the symphony of sounds becomes a lullaby, cradling you in a sheath of tranquility and healing.

I use instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes and more to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The concept is rooted in the idea that sound vibrations can affect the body's energy systems, promoting relaxation, balance, and healing.

Sound Healing can be used alone or it can be used in combination with Reiki and/or Reflexology.   

Beyond individual healing, I extend my practice to the spaces we inhabit. With a combination of Sound and Reiki, I weave spells of clearing and blessings for your home. Negativity dissipates like morning mist, making way for positive energies that infuse your sacred space. 

Just like our human bodies that host our souls, our homes that give us comfort and shelter can often become a harbor of negativity and imbalance.  This includes our workspaces and even places where we socialize and commune at.   

This practice is rooted in the idea that spaces can accumulate energetic imprints from past events, emotions, and the people who have inhabited them. Clearing and blessing a home are believed to have several benefits. Energetic clearing, emotional release, spiritual protection, enhancing spiritual connection, recent changes in our lives, energy flow, transitions and new beginnings are common reasons for clearing, raising vibrations, grounding and blessings of a home or space.
